These 4 letters that make up the new term refer to acronyms of the following words:

Experience: Experience

Expertise: Knowledge

Authoritativeness: Authority

Trustworthiness: Reliability

Specifically, the E for Experience has been added, but well, before we understood that expertise could include this, but it is not.

What is the difference between Experience and Expertise?

Let's put it simply and illuminatingly. Experience has to do with the amount of experience that a professional has working in a job, so a doctor can be a cardiologist for 5 years and that will be his experience.

On the other hand, the expertise, are the knowledge and degrees that the person has in said area of ​​knowledge. Therefore, a professional can be a benchmark with postgraduate degrees.
